At EasyX LITE, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your proprietary design data and personal information. This policy explains how we handle data within our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our specialized services, we collect and process the following information:

• Account Data & User IDs: We use Google Firebase Authentication via Mobile Number (OTP Verification) to generate a unique User ID (UID), securing your account and linking your specific machine plans and history to you.

• Profile Information: You may provide your Name, Mobile Number, State, City, and Local Area within the app to help us verify and approve your machine plans.

• Design Files: You upload design files (BMP format) for conversion and "Running Files" for machine plan creation. These are uploaded to our secure storage for processing.

• App Performance & Device Info: We collect crash logs and unique Device IDs via Firebase to ensure app stability and deliver push notifications.

2. Our Strict "No-Storage" Policy

We understand that your designs are your intellectual property. Our system is designed with privacy at its core:

• Design Deletion: Once a design file is converted and you have downloaded the result, both the original file and the converted file are permanently deleted from our processing servers. We do not keep copies or backups of your proprietary designs.

• Machine Plans: The machine configuration plans (Harness Plans) created for you are stored securely in our database so you can reuse them for future conversions as long as your membership is active.

3. Permissions & Device Access

The app requires the following permissions to function correctly:

• Storage / Media Access: To select BMP/Design files from your device gallery/storage and save the converted files back to your device's storage.

• Internet: To communicate with our secure conversion servers and Firebase services.

• Notifications: To alert you when your machine plans are approved or when important service updates are announced.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize industry-leading third-party services to ensure security and performance:

• Google Firebase: For secure login, User ID management, cloud storage (Firestore/Firebase Storage), crash logs, and push notifications.

• Cloudinary: Occasionally used as a temporary bridge for processing high-resolution design files.

• Note: We never sell, trade, or share your personal information or design data with advertising agencies or any other third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between your mobile device and our servers is encrypted in transit using standard SSL/HTTPS protocols. We implement strict internal security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our database.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app's profile settings or our account deletion link.

• If an account remains inactive for more than one year after membership expiration, we reserve the right to permanently delete all associated data (including machine plans) to maintain server efficiency.

7. Children’s Privacy

EasyX LITE is a professional utility tool and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
